Support assigned projects and daily operational tasks under supervision, applying academic knowledge to practical challenges.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in data analysis or documentation as required by the department.
Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and solutions for process improvements or project deliverables.
Comply with HSE, quality, and data-protection standards; follow documented work instructions.
Participate in onboarding and relevant training sessions (e.g., IT tools, safety guidelines).
Maintain accurate records of internship activities for internal reporting and academic validation.
Prepare presentations or summaries of internship outcomes for stakeholders or academic requirements.
Undergraduate student in the third year of the targeted university, majoring in engineering-related fields; preference for Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Polymer Materials, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Strong motivation to gain practical experience and contribute to organizational projects.
Digital literacy (MS Office; readiness to learn FPM-specific systems and tools).
Communication skills with proficiency in English and teamwork skills; reliability and professional conduct.
Strong academic performance; eager to learn, proactive, and responsible;
Ability to work on a fixed-term basis ( 5 days/week in summer holiday of 2 months);
