Job Description

With properties in some of Australia’s most iconic locations, NRMA Parks & Resorts provide accommodation that suits every budget, style, and occasion – from campsites to luxury resorts. We connect holidaymakers with over 50 incredible destinations to create unforgettable holiday experiences.

Part of the trusted NRMA Group, a member-owned brand, our passionate team works together to make holiday magic happen—it's not just our job, it's in our nature.

  • 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover)
  • Target start: 1 July
  • Gold Coast based | Hybrid (Office Mondays & Tuesdays + WFH flexibility)

Reporting to the Operations Project Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the coordination and delivery of operational projects across our park network. Bringing strong Newbook expertise to the table, this is a great opportunity to step into a project-focused coordination role, gaining exposure to operational initiatives across a large and diverse portfolio.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with park operations to deliver practical, on-the-ground improvements. This is not a project management role, but rather suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, detail-focused and involved in coordinating projects from concept through to rollout.

What you will do:

  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of Newbook focused operational projects for the Parks & Resorts network
  • Assisting with project activities from planning through to implementation and post-rollout support
  • Working closely with park teams to support system usage, including Newbook queries and troubleshooting
  • Developing and maintaining operational documentation and process guides
  • Assisting with training and communication to support rollout of any new processes and initiatives
  • Providing general operational and administrative support to the Operations team as required

What you will bring:

  • Hands-on experience using Newbook (Essential)
  • Experience in an operations coordination, project support, or admin-based role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A clear and confident communicator who takes direction well and works independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment with varied stakeholders
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting

What’s in it for you?
