El Profesional de Operaciones es el responsable de apoyar al departamento de ventas en las operaciones diarias del área. Es responsable de controlar y administrar las entradas y salidas del inventario de la tienda, enviar y recibir órdenes de servicio de clientes a talleres especializados, administrar y controlar las ventas (facturación). Esta persona debe tener habilidades fuertes de comunicación oral y escrita, análisis y resolucion de problemas, Es pieza clave para la prevencion de perdidas de inventario.
Trabaja en conjunto con el Gerente, Subgerente, Profesionales de venta, personal en corporativo y Customer Service para impulsar ventas y rentabilidad de la tienda cuidando en todo momento el servicio y atención al cliente, vigilando el cumplimiento de los estandares y politicas de la compañía.
Reporta de manera directa al Gerente de tienda y al Gerente de operaciones en corporativo.
