The Opportunity

Support the Processes Transformation team in driving process improvement, digitalization initiatives and system deployments across Product Development and Cross-operations functions. The role will contribute to data-driven decision making, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Processes Transformation Director.

What you'll get to do

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate operational processes using digital tools and AI solutions.
• Analyse operational data and KPIs, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for management and project teams.
• Explore AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision-making and user experience.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and validation of new functionalities within operational systems.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education: Degree in Business Administration / Engineering (Recently graduated).

Languages Spanish, English and French would be a plus.

• Good technical capabilities (at ease with new systems, data, KPIs).
• Good communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Methodical and orderly person, with analytical capacity and strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious mindset with strong willingness to learn new technologies, systems and business processes.

Specific Knowledge required:

• Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data management.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Tools and Power BI would be valuable.
• Any experience/knowledge with a technical system/software.
• Interest in AI tools and digital technologies.
