Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring efficient, timely loading and unloading of Line Haul operations at the Depot;
• Ensuring accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes;
• Handling damaged shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations;
• Reporting on the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;
• Actively cooperating and communicating with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company;
• Have communicative Polish skills;
• Possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills;
• Are proficient in MS Office;
• Are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations;
• Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others;
• Are capable of making independent and quick decisions;
• Demonstrate high personal culture and professionalism;
• Are open to shift work (including night shifts).
