We’re partnering with a leading North American organization on a high-impact transformation within their operations function. This role sits at the intersection of process optimization, automation, and digital transformation, supporting a multi-year strategy focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing large-scale process improvements—working closely with senior leadership, business partners, and technology teams to move from current-state challenges to future-state solutions.

$72/hourly (T4) $83/hourly (Incorporated) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months (with strong extension potential)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37.5/week
RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is equal parts hands-on analysis, strategic thinking, and change leadership

• Lead end-to-end process analysis (current state → future state), identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and optimization
• Partner with business and technology teams to design solutions leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools
• Support the development and execution of a multi-year transformation roadmap
• Build key project deliverables including:
  • Business cases and cost-benefit analysis
  • Process maps and improvement frameworks
  • Project charters and status reporting
• Drive change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and training support
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Director/VP level), helping guide decisions with data and insights
• Mentor and guide junior team members, helping elevate overall team capability

QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for someone who can operate at a high level—comfortable zooming out to strategy but also getting into the details when needed.

Must-Have:

• 5–7+ years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or transformation roles
• Strong expertise in Lean methodologies (Green Belt or equivalent experience preferred)
• Proven ability to lead process analysis and redesign initiatives
• Experience driving change management within complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally across business and technology teams

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in financial services or lending operations
• Background in a consulting environment (especially boutique firms)
• Exposure to automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
