Operations Planning and Controlling (OSAT) - Staff /
Senior Specialist

What You Will Do

• Own operations planning and
  controlling for OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test)
  activities, ensuring demand, capacity, and output stay aligned
• Drive production planning,
  capacity analysis, and loading plans in coordination with manufacturing,
  supply chain, and subcontractor partners
• Monitor and control
  operational KPIs, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions with
  cross-functional teams
• Prepare management reports,
  forecasts, and business cases to support decision-making at site and
  headquarters level
• Support cost controlling,
  budgeting, and efficiency initiatives across operations
• Act as a key interface
  between local operations and global planning functions

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
  in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Experience in operations
  planning, production control, capacity planning, or controlling, ideally
  in semiconductor, electronics, or OSAT environments
• Strong analytical skills and
  confidence working with data, KPIs, and planning systems (SAP and advanced
  Excel a strong plus)
• Good communication skills in
  English and the ability to work with international stakeholders
• A proactive, structured
  mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
