Operations Performance Supervisor

Based in Budapest

Purpose of the role

The Operations Performance Supervisor supports the Leadership team by applying data analysis techniques to monitor performance, identify trends, and assist in improving operational practices. This role works closely with the Central Business Partner and Digital Data Analytics teams to contribute to the development and delivery of data products and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support performance tracking and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of business intelligence tools for trend analysis in areas such as on-time performance, regularity, aircraft and crew utilization.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports with clear insights and visualizations for management review.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and support the delivery of actionable insights.
  • Support the implementation of operational processes and systems, ensuring alignment with established standards and targets.
  • Operate within the governance framework to support continuous improvement efforts, follow up on actions, and assist stakeholders in addressing systemic challenges.
  • Contribute to management summaries by compiling identified trends and proposed actions.
  • Apply basic predictive analytics techniques under guidance to support forecasting efforts.
  • Liaise regularly with the Digital Data Analytics team to ensure alignment and support in strategy execution.
  • Assist in the realization of reporting and analytics projects based on business requests, helping to define problem statements and support resolution efforts.
  • Maintain and update KPI reports to monitor operational performance.
  • Support competitor and market trend analysis to provide strategic input.
  • Participate in ideation sessions to explore opportunities for data-driven improvements in operations.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to team members on data tools and techniques.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics and operations.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools and systems aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Experience

Any Experience in a multinational corporate environment is an advantage

Hard skills

  • Good usage of MS Excel; Power Pivot; Power Querry; Power BI and basic understanding of DAX and SQL.
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Language

Fluent English (both written and spoken)
