Job Description

Analyze, identify and communicate best practices to assist with standardization of operations increasing overall Safety & Efficiency- Assist and support functional leadership in performance analysis and improvement efforts. Maintain performance systems integrity and communicate performance core KPI’s. Perform project management responsibilities on performance improvement initiatives. Facilitate management’s review of performance results and status of performance driven initiatives. Support Operations and Engineering in the optimization of procedures and equipment as it relates to rig performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years as Driller on Cyberbase Installation.
  • 1 Year as Driller on HHI class vessel.
  • Operations background covering all well intervention activities.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in analyzing Operational performance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Effective leadership and influencing skills and practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work closely with the Performance Systems Specialist and Client representatives.
  • Responsible for supporting the company’s performance improvement process.
  • Support the development of dashboards for real time performance monitoring and performance daily reporting.
  • Develop, monitor and report on defined Key Performance Indicators on performance and maintenance statistics.
  • Work with offshore Teams and operations engineers to drive performance improvement.
  • Liaise with offshore Teams and management groups to ensure standardization (consistency) of best practices for all HHI operations.
  • Support specific training around performance improvement.
  • Analyze performance information to identify best practices and lessons learned.
  • Recommend program improvements and act as project lead for standardizing operations.
  • Assist the Application Development & Support team as required to develop, test, and publish.
  • Identify and use effective targets and measurements to achieve required performance improvements, while promoting need for controls and alignment to ensure consistent results.
  • Prepare data variance analysis across all HHI class vessels, identifying top and low performers, as well as company initiatives results. Analyze performance information to identify best practices and lessons learned.
  • Conduct comparative equipment analysis for optimization of equipment operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for continuous optimization of Noble’s performance systems for Operations.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.
