Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.
The team is small. The scope is not.
You own the legal, entity and compliance side of employing people at Viktor, across Poland, Germany, the US and Ireland. It's a legal and compliance operator seat that happens to work on people: you own the rules and the paperwork, and People Experience owns each person's journey. You report to Paweł Siuciak, our Head of Operations.
By day 90:
No people-ops track record needed: law, compliance or startup ops all work. What matters is how you handle rules, risk and messy reality.
Four jurisdictions with conflicting rules, 5 to 10 joiners a month, and a team that moves faster than paperwork. No senior People person sits above you: Paweł sets direction and counsel backs you up.
You build this from close to zero, with real say in decisions like how we set up Dublin, and you lead the Operations (People) function as we grow from about 50 people past 100.
Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.
This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.
That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.
Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.
The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.

Viktor is an AI employee that lives in your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. You @mention it like any teammate and the work gets done. It connects to 3,200+ tools your company already uses and does the actual work: pulls reports from Stripe, manages Google Ads keywords, builds dashboards, drafts emails, files tickets, reconciles invoices.
It runs scheduled tasks while you sleep. It delivers real outputs (PDFs, spreadsheets, web apps), not walls of text. And it learns how your team operates, so it gets better the longer you work together.
