Job Description

Scope of PositionThis position will report to the Production Front Line Leader and will actively support the Production Department. This team member will demonstrate the willingness and ability to actively support team concepts utilizing our TPM philosophy and operating principles.
Position Accountabilities  Understand and adhere to all HSE and GMP policies and participate in BOS program Perform all quality checks and maintain reports which include HAACP, TPM, and/or Traceability  Responsible for recycling programo PET bottles & strapping and Maintain cleanliness of recycle containers Perform all required sanitation for operational area Participate and assist in processing/packaging area maintenance program Identify and document downtime with root causes utilizing FI tools and AM teams as Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Note: This role is currently part of the PepsiCo organization, but as a result of an announcement made on August 3, 2021, this role is planned to transfer to the new standalone Juice Joint Venture entity owned by both PAI Partners, a European Private Equity firm, and PepsiCo, contingent on final regulatory approval and closure of the related deal.
