Your Role:
• You will manage the end-to-end client invoicing processes in accordance with client-specific requirements, including updating internal systems, preparing supporting reports, and coordinating invoice issuance
• You will drive client invoicing processes, acting as a key point of contact for client servicing teams on invoicing-related queries and ensuring consistent invoicing procedures
• You will distribute Mercator invoices to the clients and take care of Accounts Receivable reporting
• You will handle business partners’ invoices
• You will collaborate with client servicing teams to support various daily operations of the department, including preparation of ad hoc reports and other administrative tasks
• You will prepare various regular reports
• You will work closely with local and international colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on a daily basis
About You:
• You have a college or university degree
• You have 2+ years of experience in administrative, billing or invoicing roles; experience within an international environment is a strong advantage
• You have an understanding of basic accounting principles and are confident working with numbers and data
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and are comfortable navigating internal systems and databases
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You are flexible, proactive and detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and time management skills
Salary Range
