Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer within the Client Service Center. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply the full Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including cross-border aspects, based on legal and international requirements and processes.
• Manage a portfolio of KYC files for corporate banking clients with a turnover exceeding 7.5 million EUR, focusing on the recertification and updating of KYC information.
• Analyze the type of information and documents required from clients.
• Contact clients and follow up to ensure timely receipt of requested information.
• Ensure file completeness and encode information in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate with client relationship managers and/or compliance departments to discuss potential issues and find solutions.
• Communicate progress and potential difficulties with the team manager.
• Communicate with clients in French, Dutch, or English.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (economics, law, business management).
• Experience in KYC processes and tasks with corporate clients is a strong plus.
• Good expertise in MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and French; profound knowledge of English.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently, stress resistant, flexible, and a problem-solver.
• Accuracy, precision, and quality-minded with a pro-active attitude.
• Very sociable, not too introverted, and able to work collaboratively with customer relationship managers.
• Strong interest in finance and banking products, experience in the banking KYC domain, and commercial experience are preferable.

Work Environment:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
