Based within Building Services, you will be part of a small team providing operational support.
You will provide comprehensive professional support within the Service and Directorate.
You will prepare reports for management as and when required.
You will work closely with all levels of staff.

The Person
Educated to SCQF Level 6, which includes Highers or SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Admin or construction environment or equivalent.
Knowledge of construction maintenance requirements.
Considerable experience of working in a construction environment or relevant public sector experience.
Analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Health and Safety qualification or relevant experience.
IT skills.
Communication skills.
