Job Description

Proposed Interview Date: Week Commencing Monday 31 August 2026

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: FC5 - £29,170.80 - £31,761.26

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week

Location: Glenrothes

  • Based within Building Services, you will be part of a small team providing operational support.

  • You will provide comprehensive professional support within the Service and Directorate.

  • You will prepare reports for management as and when required.

  • You will work closely with all levels of staff.

The Person

  • Educated to SCQF Level 6, which includes Highers or SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Admin or construction environment or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of construction maintenance requirements.

  • Considerable experience of working in a construction environment or relevant public sector experience.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Ability to work to deadlines.

  • Health and Safety qualification or relevant experience.

  • IT skills.

  • Communication skills.
