Operations Officer (Payments)

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep payment operations running smoothly by monitoring systems, processes, and reconciliations
• Prepare, review, and maintain operational and reconciliation documentation
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries and supporting service excellence
• Support incident tracking and resolution while driving operational improvements

Requirements

• Diploma‑level education (or higher) with strong English skills
• Experience in financial services, banking, or card processing environments
• A sharp eye for risk, security, and accuracy, even under pressure
• A proactive, self‑driven mindset—you take ownership, prioritise well, and get things done
