Job Description

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an Operations Mobility Analyst to provide operational mobility and deployment and distribution support to U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) at MacDill AFB, FL. In this role, you will provide visibility of force flow and sustainment movement requirements, coordinate inter- and intra-theater airlift, and support the movement of personnel, cargo, and equipment throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). This position involves monitoring transportation capabilities, identifying distribution resource shortfalls, managing TPFDD force flow, maintaining in-transit visibility, and resolving mobility execution issues. You will coordinate with USTRANSCOM, AFCENT Air Mobility Division (AMD), AMC/TACC, 618th AOC, aerial ports, service validators, and other theater logistics stakeholders to ensure synchronized and effective mobility operations.

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to support joint deployment and distribution operations, theater mobility, force flow, airlift planning, and movement of personnel and cargo throughout the USCENTCOM AOR.
  • Must possess experience utilizing the Joint Planning and Execution System (JOPES), including the ability to manipulate and interpret Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) in support of operational planning and execution.
  • Must be capable of coordinating validated high-priority and short-notice airlift requirements and resolving inter- and intra-theater airlift execution issues.
  • Must have the ability to monitor transportation capabilities, identify resource shortfalls, analyze airlift utilization, and recommend transportation movement priorities and mobility solutions.
  • Must possess the ability to coordinate mobility requirements with organizations such as USTRANSCOM, AFCENT AMD, AMC/TACC, 618th AOC, aerial ports, service components, and movement validators.
  • Must have experience within the last five (5) years using GATES, JOPES, Single Mobility System (SMS), and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), with knowledge of applicable USCENTCOM TPFDD processes and joint logistics and distribution guidance.
  • Must possess and maintain a current IAT Level I professional certification and have the ability to support movement tracking, in-transit visibility, Theater Clearance Requests, official travel coordination, and related theater mobility requirements.
  • Must have three to seven (3–7) years of relevant mobility/logistics operations experience or equivalent military/operational experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, military studies, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary Range:
A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
