We are looking for a OMM Technician to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Manager and is based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Production Support (OMM Technician)

The Operations Materials Management technician (OMM)is responsible forOracle transactions, preparing kits for assembly, operations materials management, materials inventory, andmanagethe dailyoperation planning and shipping.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Verifyingincoming materials and shipments and update Oracle database.

  • Identifystacks for binning & kitting and all rework columns.

  • Reconcile inventory discrepancy in physical & Oracle database/system

  • Complete daily transaction logs and allrequiredpass down reports

  • Perform Oracle transactions and WO (work order).

  • Prioritize work by interacting with area leader (Lead/ Supervisors/Manager).

  • Assistin development of manufacturing procedures to create the most efficient processes

  • Provide on-the-job training to new employees inOMMteam

  • Responsible for quality control with zero discrepancy or error on the kits or columns

  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) Receive,openand inspect all incoming packaged materials

  • Closely supervised butis able tomake decisions on assignments based on current workloads

  • Follows guidelinesestablishedfor department operations and knows when to elevate problems to supervisor

  • Monitor andSupportall OP5 operation planning activities in DE

  • Process Material Requests, pull parts and adjust system inventories

  • Perform other duties asrequired

  Education& Experience:

  • Ability to work independently and work well underdeadlineand pressure.

  • High School degreerequired,Associate'sdegree orhigherpreferred

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area

  • Ability tolift upto 35 pounds required.

  • Knowledge of Shipping/Receivingprocess andprocedures and environment.

  • Good communication, Team-Building and good interacting skill with operation team.

  • Demonstrates good skills in the use of computerized spreadsheets,database, emailand word processing programs. Strong in excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Customs/Import/Export regulations and documentation

  • Two or moreyears’ experienceinPlanningand production environment.

  • Experience with Oracle databaseutilizinginventory, receiving & cycle count modules is a plus
