About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager–Home Care to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager Home Care, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, performance, and growth across the Home Care portfolio.
Your responsibilities include:
Driving operational and strategic objectives across Home Care services
Supporting Regional Managers with Care Management Services delivery
Partnering with Procurement to optimise supply chain efficiency
Maximising revenue through service growth, utilisation, and new offerings
Managing high-risk complaints and complex client matters
Enhancing the client onboarding experience with Client Engagement teams
Leading quality, compliance, and audit activities (Support At Home program)
Monitoring and improving KPIs (financial, quality, CX, workforce, compliance)
Leading business improvement initiatives and strategic projects
Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Act, NDIS, and relevant frameworks
Identifying and driving growth opportunities across regions
Supporting integrated and seamless service delivery models
Leading and embedding Daily Operating System (DOS) practices
You will have:
Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-service operations
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced organisational and workforce management expertise
Demonstrated success in senior operational leadership roles
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and performance analysis
Experience leading change, transformation, and process improvement
Ability to redesign processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
High-level business acumen and strategic thinking capability
Strong networking, influencing, and presentation skills
What you’ll bring:
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications supported by sound management experience in business, management, health, or aged care
Extensive leadership experience within health, aged care or community services
A valid Driver’s licence and a willingness to travel interstate and regional
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
NDIS clearance
