Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the Two Wheeler Finance-Operations department at Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the validation of original property documents, maintaining and tracking these documents, and ensuring their secure storage. Additionally, they will analyze and publish monitoring MIS's, manage P LMC MIS, and oversee various other administrative tasks related to finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations management, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Validate original property documents and ensure their authenticity.
  • Maintain and track property documents, updating records as needed.
  • Hand over documents to vendors for secure storage, following established protocols.
  • Analyze and publish LAP Monitoring MIS's, providing insights and reports.
  • Manage and oversee P LMC MIS, including region-wise annexure D and CKYC status.
  • Monitor and track repayment progress, generating repayment tracking MIS.
  • Review ROC charge creation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee PDD monitoring and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, especially in the two-wheeler finance sector.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and a results-driven mindset.
