We are looking for an analytical Operations Manager to lead the supply side of our business in Lithuania, specifically overseeing Driver Growth, Driver Engagement, Fleets, and Vehicles. In a mature market, success depends on maintaining a reliable base of independent partner drivers and fleet partners. This role requires a disciplined approach to analytical forecasting, operational process management, and the financial oversight of large-scale supply programs.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 4800€ to 6200€ and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

You will ensure the health of our marketplace by identifying supply trends and market risks. This position is built on three pillars: rigorous program management, efficient operational workflows, and professional partnership management. You will lead a local team and work closely with Regional, Central Operations, Legal, and Public Policy teams to navigate regulatory shifts and implement strategies that protect and grow our supply base.

  • <point>Forecasting & Analysis: Lead supply forecasting and review market trends daily to identify performance risks and suggest proactive growth and retention strategies.</point>
  • <point>Budget Management: Own the planning and financial execution of supply initiatives, ensuring efficient ROI and disciplined budget allocation.</point>
  • <point>Process & Compliance: Oversee core operational workflows—including partner registration, onboarding, and compliance—ensuring they are scalable and adhere to local and EU regulations.</point>
  • <point>Partner Value Proposition: Develop and execute local programs that create tangible value for independent partner drivers to increase platform engagement and frequency.</point>
  • <point>Fleet Partnership Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with fleet partners. Act as a point of contact to ensure their operational success and long-term loyalty to the Bolt platform.</point>
  • <point>Supply Growth: Drive the strategy for attracting and activating new individual partner drivers and fleet partners.</point>
  • <point>Regulatory Implementation: Translate legal and policy shifts into operational adjustments, ensuring the business remains ahead of compliance requirements.</point>
  • <point>Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring multiple workstreams are delivered on time and to a high standard.</point>

  • <point>You have 5+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, Analytics, or a related analytical role. A background in Finance is a big plus given the scale of budget management required.</point>
  • <point>You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team, coordinating complex, interconnected domains.</point>
  • <point>You have expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You are comfortable building forecasting models to justify significant financial decisions.</point>
  • <point>You have a proven track record in managing complex projects and process-heavy environments with a detail-oriented approach to maintaining operational quality.</point>
  • <point>You are a professional communicator able to build trust with external fleet partners and present financial data clearly to senior management.</point>
  • <point>You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial attitude, moving with urgency to solve problems without waiting for direction.</point>
  • <point>You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.</point>
