The Operations Manager in the SRTA (Strategic Risk, Technology & Advisory / specific firm-defined SRTA vertical) function at Deloitte is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and performance management across the function. The role ensures seamless delivery support, resource optimization, financial oversight, and compliance alignment while enabling strategic business objectives.

How you will make an impact:

Operational Governance & Process Excellence:

• Design, standardize, and improve operational processes within the SRTA function.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

Financial & Resource Management:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
• Monitor revenue, margins, utilization, and cost optimization.
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance teams for billing, recovery, and profitability analysis.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Develop and present operational MIS and executive dashboards.
• Track service delivery metrics and identify performance gaps.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for decision-making.

Stakeholder & Leadership Support:

• Partner with SRTA leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between delivery teams, finance, HR, and risk functions.
• Support leadership communications and operational planning cycles.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight
• Support the business risk leader with risk monitoring and reporting;
• Oversight activities over compliance with key policies.
• Propose enhancements to processes and workflow to gain efficiencies and effectiveness of QRM activities.
