Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our ever-evolving team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own as the Senior Operations Manager:

  • Oversee a team responsible for analyzing and proactively identifying fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Continuously measure and improve merchant fraud portfolios performance through reducing false positives while maintaining high detection rates.
  • Manage continuous development to dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting processes both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver a high-availability operations environment aligned to service level agreements (24/7 uptime, response times, and performance targets).
  • Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for processing operations, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing processing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee disaster recovery, backup processes, and cost center budgets, ensuring operational resilience and financial accountability.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of processing operations, administration, controls, and all processing phases.
  • Experience leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI.
  • Extensive knowledge of big data handling and projects.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience working with Worldpay products and systems.
  • Strong expertise in client communication and escalation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
