Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification is a plus)
  • 5+ years of team leadership in a complex, high-turnover environment
  • 5 + Years Retail Operations Experience
  • Matrix management skills to foster cooperation across business functions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for rapid learning, adaptability, and strategic thinking
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to drive store targets and achieve outstanding results

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficient back-of- house operations, exceptional customer experiences, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • This individual is the custodian of minimising or mitigating risk and as the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing stock & running stocktakes, overseeing financial activities, and fostering a positive working environment.
  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide your teams to greatness, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Efficient Back-of-House Operations: Ensure behind-the-scenes operations run like a well-oiled machine, reducing risks to the business by upholding company policies, processes, and SOPs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Innovate and optimize systems and processes, keeping them at the cutting edge of the industry.
