The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

This leadership role includes oversight of pre- and post-shift operations. As a result, schedules may flex to include time before and after the core shift to support team readiness and operational continuity.

About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center, for example, ability to traverse conveyor crossovers
