Job Description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Operations Manager based in Philippines. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all operational activities in the Philippines, including projects, depot management, and service center operations. This role ensures positive operational performance, customer service delivery, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Operations Manager will lead and manage technicians and project teams, coordinate equipment preparation and repair, and ensure timely and efficient execution of projects and operational tasks.

What you’ll do as Operations Manager

  • Drive safety performance and accountability.
  • Ensure safe, clean, and compliant facilities.
  • Lead recruitment and development of technical staff.
  • Supervise, schedule, and coach teams for optimal performance.
  • Oversee all project planning and execution in the Philippines.
  • Ensure efficient depot operations and resource coordination.
  • Ensure timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of assets.
  • Manage equipment transfers and monitor inventory accuracy and costs.
  • Manage local financial administration and procurement.
  • Drive cost control and profitability, monitoring key expenses.

You are:

  • Trade or engineering qualifications (preferably electrician, diesel mechanic, or gas mechanic).
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the power industry with proven team and project management experience.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused with ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
