This is a senior, hands-on role for an operations leader who knows their way around trucks and heavy equipment and who enjoys the commercial side of getting the best result for every asset.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead the site’s operations from end to end. That covers how assets are received, presented, marketed and sold, and how they get to the right buyer for the best possible outcome.
You’ll own operational performance across auctions, logistics, client relationships, safety and compliance. You’ll also lead the team that makes it all happen. The role suits someone who balances efficiency, risk and commercial results with a steady, people-first leadership style.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Hexham NSW site in the Hunter. It’s ideal for someone in Sydney who’s already planning a move north, or ready to make one, and wants to build their career in the Newcastle region.
