Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities
Management and coordination of the administrative area, including goods receipt postings, cash desk preparation, invoice control, and after-sales service
Leadership of logistics and administrative staff, as well as support in organizing their day-to-day business
Reporting to the Store Manager and/or the team on operational challenges and stock-related KPIs
Planning and ensuring appropriate preparation of inventories and cycle counts
Development of measures to optimize future inventory results and warehouse-related processes
Supporting the Store Manager in monitoring overall stock levels and preparing purchase orders
Close collaboration with our parent company and Customer Service Center in Paris, as well as with the Head Office in Munich
Support in sales and After-sales activities when required
Your Profile
You are proficient in all preparatory and follow-up activities related to a merchandise management system, cash register closings, and the full range of back-office operations, including in an international context
You are also familiar with tasks related to sales operations
You are confident in using modern media and enjoy applying them efficiently in daily work (omnichannel mindset)
English is primary, German is a plus
You have strong knowledge of standard MS Office applications
