Location : Meknes Plant

We are opening a great new position in our Meknes Wiring Plant, as Operations Manager! You will be in charge of managing the workforce to produce wire harnesses on schedule attainment whilst achieving safety & quality targets. You will also me in charge of meeting the forecast whilst involving functional leaders through daily meetings and actions to ensure plant KPI’s are met.

In addition, you will be in charge of developing CI culture by tracking and reporting key operational metrics, improving them continuously and ensuring A player direct reports

Responsibilities

  • Manage plant to achieve sales targets and meet the operating Income target
  • Drive successful audits & certifications
  • Achieve the customer quality requirements
  • Deploy LPA on all plant levels and ensure compliance and actions completion
  • Ensure compliance on 5S
  • Support culture of Expect – Respect
  • Support HR 2026 motivation plan deployment
  • Encourage community services
  • Perform Quarterly Talking points for direct reports & insure execution for the rest of operations team
  • Be a Key player that can drive plant operations activities: after sales , prototype phase & new launches
  • Build a team of direct report of A players. Develop B players.
  • Prepare the succession plan for operations team based on talent reviews
  • Ensure Successful transfer of projects
  • Meet Economical efficiency target
  • Ensure cost control of transport
  • Achieve machines OEE
  • Ensure Serial production
  • Prepare production forecast to meet inventory design
  • Improving scrap process management
  • Drive CI Culture in the plant by implementing kaizen events
  • Encouraging innovative ideas
  • Promote CI tools on problem solving, KPIs adjustment and standard work

Education Requirements

  • Engineering technical degree

Experience Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills – a proven record in being able to plan and track project activities.
  • Automotive experience is needed
  • At least 10 years proven experience in a similar position
  • Leadership & team management skills: Experience leading and driving a team (direct reports and cross functional)
  • High project management skills

Languages

  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
