Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury limousine company. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, manage logistical and administrative functions, and lead a team dedicated to providing premium transportation experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the limousine fleet, ensuring timely, safe, and luxurious service.
  • Manage driver scheduling, training, and performance to uphold company standards.
  • Maintain fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure optimal vehicle condition.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth and client retention.
  • Manage administrative functions including bookings, invoicing, and compliance with licensing and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, insurance requirements, and local transportation laws.
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a professional, courteous, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in luxury transportation or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of local transportation regulations and licensing procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and transportation management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
