Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy operator who can build systems, manage workflows, keep the team aligned, and help scale the business alongside the founder. You’ll act as the operational backbone of the company and the founder’s right hand — bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to daily operations.

Location:LATAM - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Build, document, and optimize scalable operational systems

  • Turn ideas and strategy into actionable execution plans

  • Keep projects, deadlines, and team priorities organized and on track

  • Manage workflow coordination across the remote team

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact within the business

  • Create accountability systems and ensure follow-through across departments

  • Perform quality assurance across operations and client experience

  • Track KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

  • Support scaling initiatives across sales, operations, and client delivery

  • Implement tools, automations, and tech solutions to improve efficiency

  • Help the founder stay focused on growth by owning day-to-day operations

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong experience in operations, project management, or business management

  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills

  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing focus

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

  • Experience managing remote teams and workflows

  • Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Experience in online education, coaching, or real estate is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with CRMs, project management platforms, and automations is a bonus

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a growing business environment
