The Operations Manager for Jesmond Central & Wallsend Village will oversee the daily operations of our property and housing services, ensuring efficient management and high-quality service delivery. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction within the property sector in Australia. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational improvements and fostering a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Jesmond Central & Wallsend Village, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee property maintenance and management, coordinating with contractors and service providers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.

Qualifications:
