We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution
Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!
The Opportunity:
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve, streamline and automate existing processes.
Produce and maintain reporting, dashboards and insights that support the Insurance sales teams in achieving their goals.
Partner closely with Finance, Data and commercial stakeholders to solve problems and deliver operational improvements to ensure efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
Manage month-end operational processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of key activities.
Manage and develop an Operations Exec, providing coaching, support and performance feedback.
What we need from you:
Have experience in an Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or analytical role within a SaaS, technology or scale-up environment..
Have a track record of identifying operational challenges and implementing process improvements.
Have strong SQL skills and can confidently interrogate data to answer business questions.
Are highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
It would also be great if:
you have experience working within an InsurTech or insurance business.
