Job Description
Title: Operations Manager – Great Toronto Area
Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON
About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of client sites throughout Nanaimo and the surrounding rural communities. You'll work closely with both our clients and employees to ensure our operations run smoothly while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
Our business operates around the clock, so flexibility is important. You'll regularly support day and night shift teams, complete occasional evening and weekend site visits, and travel throughout your assigned region.

• Report facility maintenance concerns and follow through to ensure repairs are completed
• Manage supply inventory and equipment while ensuring sites remain within budget
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, incident reporting protocols, and applicable legislation and collective agreements
