Role: Operations Manager for IT Finance and Procurement
Location: Krakow – 3 days/week onsite

Based in our new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, this is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma’s growing IT presence in Poland as an IT Operations Manager.

As the Operations Manager for IT Finance and Procurement, you will take ownership of the operational backbone of our Finance systems landscape. Sitting at the centre of IT and Finance, you’ll ensure stability, governance, and performance across critical global platforms, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and application owners.

This role is about orchestration, structure, and accountability. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, drive operational discipline across regions, and ensure Finance systems are stable, controlled, and continuously improving. Acting as a trusted partner to the IT Finance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the business to operate with confidence at scale.

Key responsibilities:

IT Finance Operations & Service Performance

  • Ensure stable, reliable, and high-performing Finance systems (Oracle EPM, Coupa, Concur, FIS, Blackline, integrations)
  • Coordinate maintenance, releases, upgrades, and cross-system dependencies
  • Monitor and report on service KPIs (availability, SLAs, incidents, integrations)
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across platforms

Incident, Problem & Request Management

  • Lead incident management and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
  • Coordinate major incidents and business communication
  • Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes with vendors
  • Manage service requests, backlog, and service catalog evolution

Governance, Controls & Compliance

  • Own operational controls and audit readiness for IT Finance systems
  • Manage access governance, SoD controls, and change management processes
  • Maintain release calendar and participate in CAB governance
  • Support internal and external audits

Vendor & AMS Management

  • Act as primary operational interface with AMS providers and vendors
  • Manage SLA performance, backlog, and service quality
  • Lead vendor operational reviews and escalation management
  • Support vendor operating model and contract alignment

Operational Governance & Cadence

  • Run weekly IT Finance operations reviews and vendor governance calls
  • Lead monthly service performance reviews with Finance stakeholders
  • Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and KPI reporting
  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability across operations

Build-to-Run & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure operational readiness of new systems and releases
  • Integrate new solutions into the support model and governance framework
  • Drive automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT and Finance Systems within in a global enterprise environment

  • Experience in IT Service Management / Application Operations, including incident, problem, and change management

  • Experience managing Finance systems and platforms such as Oracle EPM, Coupa, Concur, FIS, Blackline, or ERP environments (Oracle, SAP, M3) or similar

  • Practical experience using ServiceNow to manage incidents, changes and service requests

  • Experience in running operational governance, including SLA/KPI monitoring, service reviews, release calendars, and CAB processes

  • Experience in vendor and AMS management, including managing multiple providers, tracking performance, and driving accountability and escalations
