Operations Manager - Fluoro

What you will enjoy doing

• In this role you will lead manufacturing planning across both facilities located in Monte Marenzo and Mantova to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction
• You will drive improvements in OTD, Quality, Productivity and margin performance
• Further you will deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives
• Supporting business growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements will be part of your role
• You will deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget
• You will be working closely with Commercial colleagues, build strong relationships with key customer and strategic partners
• Further you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing tram across both locations

What makes you great

• You have a degree
  qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related
  discipline
• You own 10+
  years manufacturing leadership experience
• Demonstrated
  responsibility for a manufacturing P&L will round your profile
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous
• You have a proven
  record of delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity and
  profitability
• Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries is desirable but not essential
• You may have knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements
• Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments would be of benefit
