Five Star Parks & Attractions is looking for a high-energy Operations Manager to lead our events, group experiences, and attraction teams at Scene 75 Dayton.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 15–50+ employees across attractions, events, and guest services
• Oversee group events, birthday parties, and high-volume guest experiences
• Ensure smooth daily operations across attractions and event execution
• Drive customer satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency
• Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance tracking
• Maintain a safe, fun, and clean environment for guests and team members
• Step in as a leader during peak weekends, holidays, and special events

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, events, restaurant, or entertainment management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate large teams
• Passion for guest experience and customer service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Night, Weekend and holiday availability

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience
• Background in food & beverage, events, or hospitality required
• Ability to work up to 45 hours/week (including weekends)
• Valid driver’s license
