Designation - Operations Manager ( E - Commerce)
Location - Mumbai ( Goregaon W)
Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience - 3 - 5 Years

Role & responsibilities :

• Driving sales performance, analysing past performance, and setting realistic targets
• Ensuring the online experience is user-friendly and on-brand, and managing customer retention and loyalty programs
• Spearheading digital marketing efforts, and analysing competitors to identify opportunities and threats
• Making decisions about products, pricing, and promotions
• Writing management reports on sales performance, and presenting insights to stakeholders
• Using historical data to forecast future trends
• Conducting experiments to test different website elements, marketing campaigns, or pricing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduates with relevant experience in e-commerce may also be considered.
• Up to 4 -5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online retail operations, or marketplace management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and create presentations.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for document editing and management is preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) will be an added advantage.
