About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Distribution Center In this role, you’ll own the full spectrum of distribution operations—driving performance, building high-performing teams, and creating a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end distribution center operations across a high-volume, multi-shift environment
  • Ensure seamless execution across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
  • Deliver best-in-class service levels through consistent, reliable operations

Optimize Performance

  • Champion Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs
  • Establish clear KPIs, metrics, and operating rhythms to drive visibility and accountability
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity across SAP platforms

Own Results

  • Manage labor planning, budgets, and overall operational performance
  • Ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control aligned with service expectations
  • Maintain equipment, facility readiness, and operational reliability

Champion Safety

  • Lead a strong safety-first culture with full OSHA compliance
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across operations
  • Ensure training, policies, and procedures are consistently followed

Lead & Inspire

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of leaders and associates
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous growth
  • Play a key role in facility startup, ramp-up, and long-term operational success

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of distribution or warehouse operations experience
  • Proven success leading large, multi-shift, high-volume operations
  • Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, KPIs, and operational best practices
  • Experience with freight and transportation operations
  • Proficiency in SAP (ERP, EWM, TM) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience in the HVAC industry
  • Hands-on experience launching or scaling a new distribution facility

What We Offer

Compensation This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $98K - $128K annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Benefits Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
