Lifestyle Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead disability services across multiple locations in NSW. Reporting to the General Manager – Disability NSW, you'll provide leadership to frontline service leaders, drive operational excellence, and ensure high-quality outcomes for people with disability.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of disability services across 6-8 sites, leading a team of 6-7 direct reports and supporting service excellence across your region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Practice Leaders across your area
  • Drive quality service delivery and positive participant outcomes
  • Champion a strong culture of safety, compliance and safeguarding
  • Support workforce planning, performance management and team development
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
  • Contribute to service growth, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure services operate in line with NDIS requirements and organisational standards

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the disability, community services or human services sector
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations and diverse teams
  • Experience leading and coaching frontline leaders to deliver high-quality services
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability service delivery environment
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while driving performance outcomes
  • Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience

Travel Requirements

  • Regular travel across NSW sites and Office (based out of Bella Vista NSW) as part of the role
  • Monthly visits to more remote service locations
  • Overnight stays will be required when travelling to regional sites
  • Travel allowance provided

  • Current unrestricted full driver's licence is essential
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
