Are you ready to lead at the intersection of cyberspace operations, mission integration, and industry engagement? Parsonsisseekingan experienced professional to serve as the Principal Program Integrator and Program Manager, supporting USCYBERCOM’s diverse missions.

This role requires a dynamic leader with deepexpertisein cyber operations, cross-functional team coordination, and external engagement, enabling critical cyberspace operations and advancing national security objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the senior tactical lead, customer coordination lead, and mission area integrator supporting operational execution across multiple assigned mission/customer areas.

  • Lead daily CIWC and CNMF Task Force operations,maintainingefficient workflow across technical and mission teams.

  • Coordinate the output of multiple task leads, oversee delivery of technical products, andmaintaindaily communication with the customer.Develop, implement, andoptimizeoperational processes and procedures to improve mission effectiveness.

  • Manage resource allocation, including personnel, tools, and technology, to support operational requirements.

  • Monitor and report to leadership on operational metrics, performance indicators, and delivery outcomes.

  • Support operational planning, scheduling, and prioritization of missionobjectives

  • Lead operational risk management, including identification, mitigation, and escalation of issues.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

  • Provide functionalexpertisein requirements management, workflow optimization, organizational dynamics,manpowerutilization, and knowledge management for CNMF Task Force.

  • Coordinate, integrate, and support cyberspace capability development efforts to rapidly deliver joint operational products through integrated project delivery.

  • Identifynew exploits and security vulnerabilities for weaponization and integration.

  • Support Development Evaluations (DEs) and Operational Evaluations (OEs) to ensure expedient operationalization of developed toolsin accordance withUSCYBERCOM Operational Acceptance SOP.

  • Provide maintenance and operations support for cyber operations technologies and capabilities, including enhancements and bug fixes.

  • Support the development of training and exercise environments, systems, documentation, and scenarios asrequired

  • Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructures, architectures, systems, applications, policies, and processes.

  • Create andmaintainConfluence pages focused on emerging commercial data sources and companies of interest.

  • Maintain oversight of, and coordinate, regular tool demonstrations and training events with companies and agencies of interest.

  • Assist Government leadership with implementing Command/CNMF/TF initiatives andobjectives, andcontribute to the development of concepts of operation and doctrinepertaining tocyber operations.

  • Assistin the development of summary planning documentation to support engagements and provide weekly support updates designed to track time-sensitive tasks and business.

  • Assist the CNMF TF in communicating and socializing activities to internal and external stakeholders, workforce, and partners.

  • Provide document review, analyze issues, prepare comments, and coordinate with leadership for policy, procedures, point paper, and decision memoranda.

  • Support cross-agency coordination of decision documents via electronic dissemination.


Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Defense and Service strategy, policy, planning, requirements management and operations

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant technical or business discipline, or equivalent operational experience.

  • Extensive experience with DoD requirements definition process, capability requirements management, capabilities development, and systems acquisition support.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and supporting large operational programs or government contracts.

  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced mission environment.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and operational leadership skills.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and other collaboration platforms.

  • Experience with operational reporting, process improvement, and resource management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Mastersdegree in a technical or business disciplinein the area ofexpertise from an accredited college or university

  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

  • Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoD cyber operations, or other related mission environments.

  • Experience leading technical or operational teams and coordinating subcontractor personnel.

  • Familiarity with operational PMO structures and governance.

  • Prior military, government civilian, or defense contractor operational leadership experience.

  • Experience leading, coordinating the execution of, or participation with USG Pilot programs.

  • Experience or exposure to DoD Intelligence processes/practices/operations.

  • Prior knowledge or involvement with Operational Assessments or Evaluations.

  • Previousinvolvement with rotational operations support or TTP development.

  • Familiarity with decision analysis and facilitation.

  • Experience with DoD cyber policy, strategy, doctrine, and DoD implementation.

  • Experience at DoD Combatant Command.

  • Program management experience.

  • Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.
