The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Operations Manager - Contracts to join our Central Otago Regional Management Team.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the region. Working alongside the Regional Director, you will provide strategic oversight of project delivery, resource planning, commercial and pre-construction performance along with team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Leading and mentoring Project Managers and operational teams, you will play a key role in strengthening capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
