Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations and ensure on-time, accurate service.
- Implement and improve SOPs; track KPIs for delivery, quality, and efficiency.
- Solve customer issues quickly and coordinate with sales and customer service teams.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
- Lead and train the operations team; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws, customs rules, and safety standards.
