• Flexible compensation, $100K base + bonus

What The Position is About:

• Manage the production staff, ensuring install capacities are hit monthly
• Recruit, hire, and train the production staff
• Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations of the production department, and to maximize installation and warehouse efficiency
• Attend pre-construction meetings, schedule job start/completion dates, and coordinate with installers
• Oversee the creation of the installer’s weekly schedule
• Ensure installation and production processes are completed within specified budgetary guidelines, timelines, and quality initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
• Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide regular feedback to the production department and conduct constructive performance evaluations

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Operational leadership experience within the home improvement industry is required
• P&L management experience is required
• Field experience is preferred
• Tech savvy (CRMs, Leap, and Power of the Eye)
