We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager for Accounting, Controls, and Analysis Team (AP). We require a strategic candidate who can address the current backlog and lead the clean-up effort to achieve streamlined operations and longterm efficiency.
Candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable, Purchase Order systems, Vendor Master Data management, T&E processes, and ERP functionalities.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, operational expertise, and a problem solving mindset to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution across financial and technical processes.

• Build, lead, and sustain high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, performance management, and capability development.
• Establish a strong accountability and performance culture by setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and enabling continuous learning and development.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages cross-functional partnership and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for people and performance-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and consistent leadership decision-making.
Process:
• Ensure robust governance and control over third-party and balance sheet account reconciliations, including GR/IR, Direct Debit, Debit Balance, and SL/GL, with clear ownership and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Accountable for the timely and accurate delivery of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, in alignment with accounting policies, internal controls, and corporate close calendars.
• Define and oversee the strategy for resolving complex invoice and transaction issues, including parked and blocked invoices, unclear 3P accounts, vendor master discrepancies, and T&E exceptions.
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting leadership to ensure operational processes fully support financial reporting accuracy, balance sheet integrity, and close efficiency.
• Ensure operational readiness for internal and external audits by overseeing the timely and accurate submission of audit requests, schedules, and supporting documentation, and by proactively addressing audit findings.
• Identify operational risks, control gaps, and recurring issues through root cause analysis, implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Define, monitor, and govern KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Technology
• Provide strategic oversight of systems and tools supporting P2P operations, ensuring technology enables efficient and compliant processes.
• Partner with IT and system owners to prioritize enhancements, automation opportunities, and system improvements that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Leverage data, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, improve operational visibility, and support informed decision-making.
• Ensure consistent and effective use of enterprise systems across teams through governance, standardization, and user enablement.
• Support system-related initiatives that enhance scalability, control, and operational resilience.
