All matters concerning the safety, productivity, equipment, customer service, personnel and any other information affecting the smooth operation of the division are the responsibility of each manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to)
Responsible for leading the team in achieving sales revenue goals. Achievement of sales, while controlling costs is the primary objective
Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company
Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations
Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity
Maintain a record of achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
Promote, support and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost effective way
Communication with clients and staff regarding logistics and job progress
Monitor and manage operational costs and day to day functions
Work with internal departments to communicate job scopes and relay customer needs
Production Output
Hire new personnel, training of supervisors and assistant managers, assign training of new employees
Safety and welfare of all employees
Any other duties necessary to the overall safety and production of the branch will also fall under the Operations Manager’s jurisdiction
Supervise and monitor Job progress (window cleaning, pressure cleaning and waterproofing), to include site visits
PLANNING AND SCHEDULING:
Proper and detailed planning of work week and schedule (i.e. individual schedules of sites, roof access, work plans, safety plans, etc.)
Assigning of jobs, building, tasks and equipment
Scheduling, contacting, confirming dates, times and status of work with customers
Identify needs and deficiencies in the planning/scheduling and communication
Translating work requirements into a prioritized action plan for individual jobs
Review and adjust specific workplace activities and schedules to meet customer needs
Work with personnel to overcome work challenges
Set expectations for each job and that each job meets or exceeds man day goals
Production forecast and planning.
Managing company equipment, delivering lifts, moving lifts, ensuring lifts in working order
QUALITY CONTROL AND ADMINISTRATION:
Participate in incident investigations and reviews.
Report on workforce production, work progress and revenue generation
Recommend personnel transfers, actions and promotions
Provide outstanding Customer Service and have an eye for detail and quality control
QualificationsQualifications & Skills
Strong leadership and team management experience in commercial services or related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage operations, budgets, and production targets.
Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and job site management best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and efficiency.
