We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Supply Growth Operations Manager to lead driver supply growth across Egypt. You will own end-to-end initiatives that improve driver acquisition, activation, retention, and productivity while ensuring a healthy marketplace balance.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, marketing, and data analytics. You'll identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, manage cross-functional projects, and build scalable solutions that drive sustainable marketplace growth.
Lead end-to-end driver growth (online and offline) for the ride-hailing business in Egypt, owning core metrics including supply scale and growth efficiency. Drive strategy iteration through quantitative data analysis and A/B testing; continuously track market and competitor dynamics to optimize the platform's supply–demand balance.
Develop and manage external ecosystem partnerships, engaging local resources such as fleets, referral channels, financial institutions, and OEMs. Build mutually beneficial strategic collaboration models to improve driver acquisition efficiency and supply capacity.
Establish a complete driver lifecycle operations system, focusing on long-term driver engagement and retention, while continuously optimizing growth ROI and overall spend efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with local marketing, safety, customer service, and Product & R&D teams to generate localized market insights, distill them into standardized, productized solutions, and drive project delivery — balancing driver experience with overall operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree or above; a quantitative background (math/stats) is preferred. English as a working language.
Strong data analysis and business insight skills; proficient in SQL and Excel; Python/R is a plus. Skilled at structuring complex business problems and delivering systematic analysis and strategy frameworks.
Experience in consulting or transaction-based platforms such as ride-hailing is preferred. Strong result orientation and rigorous logical thinking.
Excellent cross-stakeholder communication and collaboration skills; able to align multiple parties around business goals and consistently deliver results.
We are committed to building inclusive and diverse teams.
