We are looking for an Operations Manager who will lead the day to day Field activities of this rapidly growing team in a hybrid role combining strategy building and driving that strategy in the field. The successful person will…

• Lead daily operations across landscape construction and outdoor living teams, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality.
• Establish a strong operational rhythm by running weekly leadership meetings and tracking key performance metrics that drive accountability and clarity.
• Build scalable systems using Lean principles, standardizing planning, job kickoff, quality control, and project closeout.
• Develop leaders and strengthen culture by coaching managers, crew leaders, and field teams while reinforcing high standards and collaboration.
• Drive operational efficiency through technology, leveraging software, Operating System, Lean principles and automation tools to improve visibility and reduce administrative waste.
