We are now looking for an experienced Operations Leader to optimize performance at our Collins Aerospace, Aftermarket site in Shannon.
This is a key site leadership position reporting to the General Manager / Accountable Manager with responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the repair station. Collaborating with a team of Production Supervisors, you will create the environment in which our people can perform at their best while delivering against our commitments in terms of Product Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Employee Engagement.

You will take ownership of CORE continuous improvement initiatives, creating and sustaining an improvement strategy aligned with the wider objectives of Collins Aerospace and RTX.

Operating within a regulated aerospace environment means safety, quality and compliance are fundamental to everything we do.
In your area of responsibility, you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance standards are achieved in accordance with Part 145.A.65 and approved maintenance data.

Beyond today's operational requirements, you will work with senior leadership to help shape the site's future.
You will contribute to strategic planning, capacity and resource forecasting and operational improvement, ensuring the Shannon operation is positioned to respond to changing customer requirements and future growth opportunities.
