Your Role:

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.

Our Team:

You will be part of the TIS Division, collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to drive operational excellence and business success.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations
  • Ensure achievement of delivery, cost, and quality targets
  • Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Develop, coach, and lead the operations team
  • Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
  • Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs
  • Foster a high-performance culture
  • Support 5S, EHS, and Quality programs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience in the automotive and/or electronics industry
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Advanced English proficiency

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications
  • Experience with ERP and MES systems
