As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with Business Unit leadership and play a vital role in overseeing operations, managing projects, embedding change initiatives, modernising processes, and converting insights into action to improve efficiency and outcomes for the Business Unit.

What you’ll do:

• Implement operational and strategic initiatives within your Business Unit.
• Coordinate and project manage the design and delivery of leadership briefings and team communications, such as group meetings such as town halls, site meetings, development days and social activities/events.
• Drive commercial outcomes for the Business Unit, monitoring WIP and budgets, providing engagement economics coaching.
• Partner with specialised functions, including Resource Management, Finance and People & Culture to deliver a seamless business experience.
• Identify and drive process improvements and data-informed decision-making to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and people experience.

• Proven experience managing client engagements or with project, change, communications or operations management, with accountability for coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse teams.
• Strong organisational, project management, and change management expertise, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical capability to deliver data-driven insights that support informed decisions.
• A passionate and proactive mindset, committed to fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

This role is being offered as a 12‑month max‑term contract. We would also consider a 12‑month secondment for existing PwC Australia employees.
